How can I start my own merch store? 

We like to be interactive with our Partners (Friends after we show you a few things,) we'll have a short discussion of what you want for your organization or team, how you want it executed and how we can help you acheieve that goal. We will always use Discord as it has become easier to chat! 

Where is the Merch made?

We strive to have it in-house of the Domestic USA. We're a United States company and love our home. Why not have it be made here too! 

What are the shipping times like? 

THIS REFERS TO THE TIME IT TAKES FOR ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY TO THE DESTINATION.

U.S DESTINATIONS: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
INTERNATIONAL: 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS

Do you allow Giveaways or Free Samples? 

This topic is weird, we can do Giveaways, just let us know what you're needing of the merch and we can set up some help. Marching into the free samples, we can give a sample of the product. 

What is your return/refund policy?

We have taken the vow of the 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you receive a product that is defective or incorrect according to your order, we will reship your product free of charge.

NOTE: BECAUSE ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PREFERENCE BASED ISSUES (EX. "I DON'T LIKE THE COLOR"). IF THERE IS A PHYSICAL DEFECT OR ISSUE WITH YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA OUR CONTACT PAGE & WE WILL BE IN TOUCH TO DETERMINE THE BEST SOLUTION TO ENSURE YOU ARE SATISFIED AND TAKEN CARE OF.

Can I add items from the Product Catalog to my store? 

Yes you can! The items that are priced on our Product Catalog will be the Add-On fee. This fee will give us the time to send it to our designer and process it for you. DM us on what you want added on and we'll see to it!
